What do I do first? Part 1 - for Bands
1. Sign Up / Register
Click on "Login / Register" at the top of the page and enter:
- Your name
- A personal email address that you use regularly (band info comes later), and
- A password you'll remember.
An email will be sent to that address. Click the link inside the email to complete your registration.
2. Join / Create a Band
- Click the 'My Band' tab.
- Click 'Find a Band' and search for your band. If you find it, select it and click on 'Request Invite.' A message will go to the current Administration member who can approve it..
- If you can't find your band, click 'Create A Band' and fill in your band details. When finished click the 'Create a Band' button at the bottom of the page. Your new band will now display in your dashboard ready to make a booking.
3. Book a Session
Once you have created a band, your 'My Band' dashboard will have a button called 'Make New Booking.' Clicking it will take you to the booking screen. Find the session you'd like to book and click (and drag for hourly bookings) to add it to your cart. Your cart will show at the top of every page.
If your preferred rehearsal studio isn't using Bandwax for bookings yet - don't worry. They can join up at any time. You can help by telling them about Bandwax, and us about them through the contact page. Leave your details and we'll get back to you.
Part 2 - for Studio owners
Click on the 'Studio Directory' tab. Allow Google to find your location, or find your location, right-click and 'set your location.' Have a look at the studios around you. If your studio isn't on the system - please help us by putting it on the map!
If you own a rehearsal studio - make sure it's on the directory and that you have an account. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll link you to your account and let you know how to get set up to run your bookings through Bandwax. It's easy!
